I was dreading the whole process of shopping for a mattress. Visited a few stores before going to Sleep City. I wish I made them my first stop bc Joseph made the entire experience enjoyable. He wasn't pushy and actually made sure I knew what I was buying whole making sure it was the best option. We ended up going with a split king and saved money. I've already recommended my parents and sister to Joseph and will continue to send people to him.

I usually dread mattress salesman as much as I do used car salesman. Not the case at this place. My family and I stopped in one afternoon after movie, just looking to ask some questions and try some mattresses. Nik was great. Super helpful and accommodating. Probably spent close to an hour with me. A week or so later I pulled the trigger. Everyone there was very friendly and made it very easy.

Quick and attentive. Super knowledgeable about which mattress would serve us best. Thank you and we will be back.

Just want to say thank you to Caleb for the awesome mattress. Super comfortable and was a great recommendation. He really knows his job and I appreciate his help and services. There were a lot of choices and he helped me pick out a great mattress. I sleep so well at night now.

My wife and I just went in to browse mattresses and experience first hand the differences between things. I was blown away by the customer service of Tony and Nick. It was clear they were very knowledgeable and passionate about mattresses which is not something you really expect. I learned so much from them about what to pay attention to and look for with the selections they did have in store. I encountered honesty and genuineness in a place I wasn't expecting it. There was no salemen type push here. It felt like they just wanted to help me find me something that truly worked for me. Other businesses should learn from their example.
