Refund policy

At Sleep City, our knowledgeable sales team takes the time to match each customer with the mattress that best suits their individual comfort needs. We believe in a no-pressure approach, focusing on long-term satisfaction rather than just making a sale. Because of this personalized service and our commitment to your comfort, we receive very few comfort exchanges.

At Sleep City we also understand that your body needs time to adjust to a new mattress, which is why we require a minimum trial period of 30 nights before initiating an exchange. For locally delivered products only, we offer a 120-night comfort trial to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.

If you're not completely happy with your mattress between nights 31 and 120, you're eligible for a one-time exchange for a mattress of equal or greater value. An exchange fee of $149 will apply.

• Adjustable bases, as-is products, pillows, accessories, and furniture are final sale and non-returnable
